I found quite a lot of veggie food around at food and wine but its buried in amoungst other things (usually have to search the menus at each stand rather than relying on the food and wine guide as this tends to list the meat options and the desserts).

Also just to note be careful as some items read quite non-meat-ish but are. The Canadian Cheddar Cheese soup for example contains bacon but the very small write up the first year I went on the menu didn't mention this. Luckily I asked

Here is what I enjoyed:

Vegetable samosa with tamarind sauce

Plantain and veggie casserole w/avocado ontop
Tomato and goat cheese quiche
curried butternut squash soup

also had... duo of chocolate truffles, ginger caramel ice cream, and maple custard w/ almond crumble

they also have a good-looking vegetable roll at japan but i didnt try it
