Vegetarian Menus

My DD is a vegetarian so it's always a challenge trying to find a place where she can eat and still have a nice selection. On our first night at WDW, we were going to just go to DTD and have dinner. I was looking for a place that she might like. I would like to try Fulton's Crab House, but on the menu I see online, everything has some sort of seafood or meat. Can anyone tell me from experience if they serve any vegetarian items. Or any other restaurants at DTD that might. Thanks.

I've never been to Fulton's, so I don't know what they would do for a vegetarian. They could be able to whip something up off the menu, esp. with advance notice. There are vegetarian options on the menus at most of the other restaurants at DTD. Wolfgang Puck Cafe (not the Dining Room) would be my preference.

I agree that Wolfgang Pucks would be more accomodating. I believe most restaurants in WDW have a vegeterian option on their menu. Also, when you make you ADR, just inform them of your dietary needs. With my allergies, a chef came to my table in each restaurant to see what I would like.
