Vegetarian Menu at San Angel?

I have heard that there is a vegetarian menu at San Angel Inn, and have seen a picture of it on the DIS (WOW, 2 items!). There is an entree on the veggie menu that I saw which interests me. Its 12.99. There is one problem: the party who took the picture of the veggie menu ate at San Angel for lunch.

Now, on to the question I'd like to ask anyone with experience:

Is the vegetarian menu the same for dinner as it is for lunch? What about prices? Is there even still a vegetarian menu (going in late January, early February)?
