We're leaving for WDW in 2 weeks!:)
I already have ADR's for every night... I think I have a good balance of fine dining and fun family food; dinners in the parks, the resorts, and DTD. But I'm the only vegetarian in our group, and I'm wondering what I should order at each restaurant. Here's the list:

Tony's Town Square
Tusker House
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Turf Club
Le Cellier
Whispering Canyon
California Grill

Any suggestions from the vegetarians out there?

Never been to any of those except for WCC, and we all know how I feel about those enchilada's LOL

What I did before I left was call each restaurant directly and asked about vegetarian options. Every restaurant I called said it would not be a problem and that if there was nothing on the menu that I liked that they could customize it or prepare a special vegetarian meal. Good luck, I can't wait to hear what you have to eat!

I haven't been to all those restaurants but I'm trying to remember what my vegetarian DH ordered at the ones we have visited.

California Grill - He's tried a flatbread and the Somana Goats Cheese ravioli, both were excellent but he loved the flatbread. For the entree he just gets whatever the veggie option is on the current menu, it's always been very good. I have heard you can order something called Vegetarian Unplugged, which isn't on the menu and is a combination of all the veggie sides available that night.

Le Cellier - I think there was only one vegetarian app and entree. The appetiser was a tomato salad with some mozerella, and he didn't like it. The entree was a risotto I think, and it was ok but not outstanding.

Wolfgang - He really liked this restaurant. He had the vegetable spring rolls to start which were good and I think he had the pumpkin ravioli as an entree which was very good.

I haven't been to the rest on your list, although we're trying Tusker House in September as it seems to have a decent vegetarian selection from the menu I've seen. Hope this was some help.

We had our 20th anniversary dinner at California Grill. I cannot recall what we had, but there was more than one selection. The server was great and suggested several things that could be easily modified to omit the meat or fish.

We've eaten at Tony's several times over the years, and you will have several choices there too. As above, there will be 1-2 meatless choices, and a couple more that can be easily modified.

We ate lunch at Tusker House last January and came away stuffed! :thumbsup2 There were so many vegetarian options on the buffet. You will really enjoy it!

Check out the AllEars menus for CS selections. My two recent favorites: The veggie grilled panini at Boardwalk Bakery and the veggie sandwich at Back Lot Express (DHS). There are veggie wraps at several CS locations, but I find that some are tasty (Electric Umbrellat at Epcot) and some pretty bland (Cosmic Rays at MK). The veggie chili at Columbia Harbor House (MK) is a family favorite. Sunshine Seasons at the Land (Epcot) always has veggie lo mein, stir fried veggies, etc. Most (all?) places that sell hamburgers have veggie burgers -- although I personally don't care for them, the rest of my family eats them.

Have a great trip!
