Vegetarian Food?

One of our party is a vegetarian. Anyone know of any vegetarian choices on the menus at the Park restaurants or quick service? Would like to eat at the either of the Harry Potter lands...any non-meat choices there? How about at City Walk?

Veggie burger (black bean) at Richter's, potato leek soup at 3 Broomsticks (Leaky Cauldron told me that their own version isn't veggie), their roasted potatoes and their corn, cheese pizzas abound. We never go hungry at Universal, even though I can't remember everywhere we eat.
