Hi. Im veggie & there is no problems eating at
disneyland paris.
Beware of ordering dishes marked with the green V as these often contain fish. If you're unsure just ask, I've always found the CMs helpful.
There is something at every restaurant & I ate well in the buffets too. The vegetarian option at BBWWS is a filled pasta, tortellini type thing. Plus a veggie chilli, cornbread, Apple crumble & the drinks. A filling meal
EOS do offer a veggie sandwich. There's one that is actually called veggie which is feta cheese. My favourite the Caprese which is mozzeralla & tomato. They will also adapt others such as the grilled cheese & do it without bacon. Yum! Also there is veggie salad & pasta options aswell as the egg & chedder breakfast roll. Def no meat in the brownies either!
Counter service is more difficult but I'd recommend Fuente del oro for a veggie taco, nacho & rice feast.
On the disney owned buffets expect things like soup, jacket potatoes, veggies, spinach lasagna, pastas aswell as the chips & pizza type goods.
Annettes for a decent Aubergine burger, rainforest cafe for pizza or maybe ludwigs for patzle. Blue lagoon served a delicious coconut curry that is the best meal I had there by miles.
I don't eat the mousse or jelly type desserts but the pancakes were very much welcomed.
Have a great time.
