Vegetarian Dinning at WDW

Hello All!
I am planning a trip with a Vegetarian friend this January and I was hoping any Vegetarians out there can help us out with some recommendations for restaurants where we can both eat well. We need any sit down and counter service recommendations you can give!

There's quite a lot of info about veg dining at allears.net in the dining section. In the last few years it has become much easier to be a vegetarian at WDW. Even the CS restaurants have choices for us now.

We found at least one vegetarian option at every place we went. For CS, I'd say Columbia Harbor House in MK and Tangerine Cafe in Epcot had some of the best. Wolfgang Puck and Tutto Italia had great tasting ones for TS.

Also check out the vegetarian dining reviews. I have some in my signature as do many of the contributors on the forum linked above.

In general, Tusker House, Crystal Palace, Boma, and Jiko seem most recommended for vegetarians as far as sit down meals go. For counter service there's Columbia Harbor House, Wolfgang Puck Express, and Sunshine Seasons. There are of course many more options; check out the dining reviews and the menus online before making your reservations!
