Vegetarian Choices

Can anyone help us with Vegetarian choices while on the property?

we are planning on visiting AK and Epcot.

pretty much every table service restaurant has some vegetarian option at disney.

check out the menus section of allears.net for full menus and prices.

for quick service,
In EPCOT, Japan has sushi as quick service, morocco has a lot of options at the quick service such as tabouleh and hummus.
Veggie burgers are available everywhere.
Sunshine seasons in the land pavilion has veggie stir fry and soups.
Fish and chips at UK.
beans and rice in Mexico.

In AK, Restaurantosaurus has a grilled veggie sandwich with sweet potato fries.
There are salad and fresh veggie snacks and fresh fruit available at a lot of places all over the parks.
Plus pastries, ice cream, soft pretzels (the ones in sommerfest in germany are amazing), popcorn, funnel cakes, crepes.

The buffet at Tusker House has some good options including a tofu dish. I agree that the Tangerine Cafe at Epcot has an amazing veggie platter, but for TS I like the veggie pie at Rose and Crown.

I'm a vegetarian too!

All table service restaurants were very accommodating when it came to being a veggie. They created pasta and veggie dishes for me, different at each restaurant, and delicious! I wouldn't worry about it; you will be able to eat at every restaurant you go to. You just have to let your server know what you want and he/she will go and talk with the chef for you. My favourite created-dish was at the Coral Reef in Epcot. Its my all time favourite restaurant!

Quick service was a little more difficult. Here is a list of a few QS places I ate at that had veggie options for meals:
ABC Commissary - DHS
La Cantina De San Angel - MK
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café -MK
Liberty Inn -MK
Lotus Blossom Café - Epcot
Pinocchio Village Haus - MK (yummy pizza)

In Downtown Disney, there is Fresh A-Peel which is an all-veg QS. I haven;t eaten here but from what I have heard it's great.
