Vegetarian at HDDR

Does anyone know what sort of vegetarian options HDDR offers? I know the salad would be an option, but do they offer something different from what's on the menu?

I guess I should go ahead and ask about Spirit of Aloha too! Any idea on that one?

Sorr, can't help with info on this. I just posted to add my "I'd like to know this too!"

I've avoided these dinner shows specifically because I don't know what I'd get to eat.

Sorry, I can't help with HDDR, but I might be able to shed some light on Spirit of Aloha. When I had the vegetarian meal it was stir fried vegetables and noodles. Pretty similiar to what I was served at Kona. I thought the food was really good.

I forget the number offhand, but there's a line to call about dietary requests. I assume you don't eat fish, but for HDDR they usually have a fish dish, pasta with marinara sauce, or veggies w/ baked potato (I think I remember them giving me the option of grilled or steamed veggies). The last time I went I got the grilled veggies and they were absolutely delicious. It was a generous portion and they tasted fresh and nicely seasoned. That, in combination with the salad, cornbread, mashed potato (if anyone else at your table is eating meat), and dessert will not leave you hungry!
