Vegatarian Counter Service at Universal?

Does anyone have any advice on vegetarian options at the counter service restaurants in Universal or IOA? I can't seem to find the menus online, but from the general description on the official site I am seeing a lot of burgers.....

You can find plenty of vegetarian dishes at most counter service restaurants. Most all serve salads and pasta as well as veggie burgers. Thunder Falls Terrace and Comic Strip Cafe at IOA are good as well as Louie's at the Studios. The garden pizza at Louie's is excellent.

Croissant Moon Bakery in IOA and Beverly Hills Boulangerie In Universal studios have a pretty good veggie sandwich.

Also, there are pretty good fruit cups for sale all over the park.

The 3 Broomsticks has mac&cheese (kraft type not homemade style) and the usual sides; potatoes, corn on cob, fruit cup and side salad.

Thunder Falls Terrace has black beans and rice.

Otherwise, it seems to be mostly pizza, veggie burgers and some pasta.

Can adults buy the mac & cheese at The 3 Broomsticks? The menu says it's for children only, but I'm wondering if there's some way to get an adult portion instead. Otehrwise, the options for anything vegetarian at WWoHP seem quite limited!

They don't care if you order of the childrens menu. The child portion for was large enough for me. It came with grapes, which was nice after all that butterbeer. It wouldn't be enough food for a teen boy or most guys, imho.

I think the big draw at the 3 Broomsticks is the atmosphere , vegetarian choices are very limited.
