vegan option at LTT dinner?

We're planning meals for our early December trip and we thought the kids might enjoy the Liberty Tree Tavern dinner - but I see that it's served as a traditional Thanksgiving meal. The others will eat some meat, etc., but I'm vegan so I wondered if anyone knows if they also serve a vegan option of some kind? I hate to pay that price if all I can eat is salad and maybe some of the vegetables (if they haven't cooked them in butter...)
