Anyone know if any of the restaurants offer vegan options?

There are a few options scattered throughout the park. I'm both vegan and gluten free so my options are vastly limited. Tortilla Joes in downtown disney has a few options and is my go to spot. You can actually eat pretty cheaply by ordering a side of black beans with no cheese, a side of veggies with no butter and a table side guacamole. The total comes in at $14. It's a ton of food.

I'm not sure about ordering vegan off the menu, but at any of the finer dining restaurants you can request meals with special dietary restrictions. We have dealt MANY times with this for a daughter with an odd food allergy and have had amazing meals prepared for her.
Our favorite places are Storytellers Cafe, Napa Rose, Blue Bayou and (for breakfast) Rainforest Cafe. We have had the most success when we had reservations and called ahead to let them know her restrictions.
