Vegan Friendly Restaurants at Disney

We are traveling down to the World in two weeks. We understand that there are some restaurants which are vegan friendly at some of the resorts. We already confirmed Kouzinna, as to having what we want in terms of vegan. However is Boma a vegan friendly restaurant? Any others anyone knows of that has a nice size vegan menu? Also, do you know if the restaurants will make the vegan meals using separate plates and or utensils to prepare the meals?

For a wonderul vegan meal check here. But since they restaurants don't keep kosher, I would suspect that they will not keep separagte plates, utensils, cookware, etc., for vegan.

Sanaa is the only restaurant I can think of that has a separate vegan menu. If the vegan specifies no cross-contamination, it will be treated like allergy prep.
