Vegan burger at Carnation Cafe

Has anyone had it? I am wondering what's in it. It says bean patty and vegetables but if anyone knows specifics I would love to hear

I have several dietary restrictions so I am trying to find options ahead of time. This one looks promising!

My DH has recently had it and he's hyper-healthy so I don't know how you are about taste, but he enjoyed it. I asked him just now and he said it was "nutty". BTW we love the Bengal BBQ Veggie skewers across from Indiana Jones, (they are vegan, but they grill them on the same grill as meat if that bothers you) as a great protein laden/umami strong snack.

It was mostly white beans. The patty didn't hold together at all, but that happens with lots of veggie burgers. It was incredible dry, which many veggie burgers also are. I asked for extra mustard just so I could eat it. I had it on the green chile burger and it was better. Since they've done away with that burger I will probably never order it again.

It's not available anymore? I thought it was still listed on the menu.

The vegan burger is on the menu. The green chile burger was removed. I had them put the vegan patty on the green chile burger because I find the vegan burger on it's own barely edible. If you search Google images for Carnation Cafe vegan burger you'll find some photos of a cross section of the burger.
