I've booked transfers from the airport - disney and vice verse. I didn't know about the private transfers until I had booked, so what's done is done! Anyway!
Our return flight from CDG is at 14.30, what time would you recommend leaving disney? I think the bus takes approx 40 mins, but I don't quite know how it all works!

I've only used this once when travelling alone as we normally go by car but I seem to remember the website advised booking a bus two hours before check in time. I also think it took almost an hour from where I got on (DLH) to actually getting going after the final stop at the NBC. After that it probably was about 40 minutes but there could always be hold-ups in traffic so I wouldn't cut it too fine.

Do you have to book a bus? I've got tickets, but I assumed it was like a bus stop type thing. I take it the coaches have where they are going written on the front.

Sorry, I should have said "choose" rather than "book" although I think you can buy your ticket online beforehand too.

Not sure if the destination is shown on the bus but I would assume so too and the buses are scheduled for different times. The bus driver who sells/takes your ticket will tell you if it is the correct one too. Best advice is have a look at the timetable for your route online: http://vea-shuttle.co.uk/timetables-prices/charles-de-gaulle-shuttle-schedules/

if you're getting picked up at your hotel on the VEA shuttle to get back to the airport, you don't need to reserve anything in advance. You just get on the bus when it turns up outside reception.

The VEA goes to each onsite hotel before it heads off for the airport, and it can take an hour or even longer, depending on traffic etc.

For a 14.30 flight, you need a 11.30am VEA or thereabouts.

We are staying at the Explorers Hotel for 2 nights.
Our plan is to visit the Disney parks for 1 day.
Take a tour of Paris on the 2nd day.
And then just relax around the hotel for the 3rd day...until they kick us out.

We are taking the shuttle from CDG to the hotel.

My question is about the transportation back to the center of Paris.

Would we have to catch a shuttle back to CDG and catch a train to Paris?

For the next leg of the trip, we are heading to London.

That's another shuttle back to CDG and catch the train to London, right?

I guess what I'm asking is that to get around, we will be taking shuttles back and forth to CDG and then trains to Paris and London?

Is there any other way? And does anyone have any economical suggestions?

TIA!!

This trip is becoming very overwhelming....

Just to confirm. For a 14.30 flight I'd need the 11.25 from Santa Fe? That will give us plenty if time?

Sorry for all this, I've never travelled 'abroad' on my own before
