VEA from Disney

We usually take the TGV but the only available train to the airport goes about four hours earlier than we would need it, so looks like we will have to take the VEA (bit worried as there have been a number of negative experiences reported). It says on the vea website to allow 2 and a half hours before check-in time - in practice how long would it normally take?

Not sure yet whether to get it at the Disneyland Hotel (for closness to the luggage pickup at the park) or the Sequoia Lodge (where we're staying). Thought DLH because it's the first pickup so less chance of scrum, but Sequoia would mean less time on bus?

Any thoughts, advice, time suggestions? Our flight is at 18.10 2B on 16th Dec.

I would definitely go for first pick-up - as its not the first time I've seen folk have to be left at hotels by one VEA coach to be picked up by a later one.

When we used to use the VEA, we'd try to get one about an hour and a half before check-in at CDG - the journey takes around one hour, and if you hit peak traffic time, it could be a little longer.

How many are in your party? You might find a one-way shared shuttle price could be about the same or cheaper than the VEA, and much more convenient for you.

There are just of the two of us this time - so think will have to take the VEA shuttle. We have used transfers before - both RS/BS and Ezyshuttle - but we had at least four people each time so the cost balanced out very nicely.
