VDH Questions for Purchasing

Ok so my final decision before I lose my mind is that *for now* my guide is hopefully going to email me back tomorrow, were going to change poly to vdh, im going to tell her I don't want MB because if not ill feel deprived that I didn't get 200 points and did MB, I already know how i am.

Im going to book a bomb a$$ one bedroom or garden studio for my welcome home stay, hopefully Valentines day or our anniversary, and im going to love every second of my amazing Disney life 🥰🥰🥰

Im also going to buy MB and use every otup point i can 🤣

Oh and im not going to dump poor blt for hot new VDH... yet. She best step it up tho or im out! LSL is just around the Riverbend
Solid plan.

I think this eventually could be my ticket to the 1k club and ofc ill justify it with it being so close, subsidized dues, yada yada
With the price difference resale is definitely the way to go for Aulani. Priority really does matter for certain room types and certain times of the year at Aulani. Subsidized dues can be a good option. We didn’t get any in our 3 contracts there but were all loaded contracts priced right.

Are you still in your 10 day period? Have you already done the notary? Just curious, with these changes, I'm interested to know if they make you re-sign and re-notarize everything. I'm guessing they have to.

Wondering because I'm hoping the next incentives are better and was curious if all the paperwork has to be done again.

If notary is done it will definitely have to get redone. I got to do notary like three times or maybe four (mind changes and contract errors). My guide said I should make a YouTube video to teach people how to do notary. lol.

So you had to notarize for CA? Maybe it’s due to where I live I didn’t have to. I always forget the rules.

I noticed when we were booking that June was out unless you own there

She said that if the new incentives were better we would automatically switch to that when I asked her if I could straddle and yes all this just happened this weekend 😀

I dont sign until the 26th or 27th because of my one year anniversary in March. I dont know the date yet because of some weird thing with magical beginnings needing approval 5 days before, but now that im not doing that I wonder if I can sign it sooner. Online it says that magical beginnings is 4 days before but she was insistent it was 5. It was a big deal that needed a regional manager to approve it apparently.

YAAAASSS!!! :-). 1,000 points is in view.
Also, I hope you can get a 1 bedroom for your first visit - they are so lovely!
I actually think the hearing accessible room may be my fav.
