VCR/DVD in room at SSR

I know this is going to sound crazy, seeing as how we'll be at disneyworld, but my family really hates to miss the Amazing Race on tv. I'm pretty sure there's a dvd player in the living room of the 1 bedroom, but is there any way to record a show to watch it later? We will have a 2 br and 2 studios so if any of those rooms have something, we can watch the show after we get in from the parks.

There are DVD players in the Villas but they do not record.

We took a cheap ($68) DVDR with us last trip (we drove) so that we could watch movies in our master. It is very small and compact.

If you have cable tv at f\home with a cable box , CBS now puts the Amazing Race on ON Demand for a couple bucks . You could always watch it from this when you get home . But this is just one option.

Thanks. It's beginning to look like we'll record it at home and then watch it after the vacation. It's the one show my whole family watches so if I could have recorded it there, I'm sure we would have liked watching it after putting the kids to bed.
