Why are resales considerably lower for VB resale than say BWV or BCV?

Can someone direct me to master fee(dues) schedule by year by resort? Know I saw it, but can't get my hands on it quickly?
Imagine part of the reason is that the master fees are greater for VB!!!!

When does the term end for VB, BWV, or BCV? AKV Kidani has the greatest term, correct?

Thanks so much!

Here's the dues history:
Year OKW BWV VB VB(sub) HH VWL BCV SSR AKV

2008 4.56 5.04 6.04 4.71 5.16 4.87 4.80 4.21 4.71

2006 4.24 4.69 5.27 4.12 4.34 4.61 4.48 3.98
2005 3.86 4.41 4.87 3.84 3.86 4.35 4.27 3.83

2000 3.16 3.94 4.07 2.87 3.25 3.62
1999 3.16 4.02 3.99 2.82 3.18
1998 3.17 3.94 ---- 2.76 3.20
1997 3.14 3.84 ---- 2.90 3.16
1996 2.99 3.70 ---- 2.82 3.16
1995 2.84
1994 2.70
1993 2.63
1992 2.56
1991 2.51

IT ends in 2042. ONly SSR, AKV, and OKW are later.

Forgot to mention that one of the other reasons VB is priced low with high maintenance fees is that they are on a costal property that has and will get hit with hurricanes. They are pretty much recovered from the last one, but it did cause a lot of beach erosion etc.

Also, many people want to be able to book at Walt Disney World (on property) at the 11 month window or during the exclusive booking period so they can get in during some peak holiday periods. If you want Vero to be able to book at Vero, then great. If you are looking at Vero but thinking you will really use your points at Walt Disney World, then that's ok for non-peak periods, but might not work for high demand periods.

I support the "buy where you want to stay" point of view.

I think it's primarily the maintenance fee, as it should be. The difference between $4.21 (SSR) and $6.04 (VB) per point per year over 36 years is a LOT of money.

In fact, I think VB is considerably overpriced relative to the others.
