VB Grand Villa Cash rates for summer?

Anyone know the cash rate or where I can find it? Nonthing on the member site about cash rates.

It would probably be a long shot to get a Beach Cottage at a cash rate during the summer. Call MS on Tuesday when they open.

Last summer on AP rates I would have paid $875 per night, which was way too much for me. This was at OKW. I was told that BWV it was $1200 per night. I am staying in a grande villa this summer for 5 nights at OKW, which is all my points for 3 years!

Last summer, I was offered a cash rate for a beach cottage, July 4th weekend, with a member discount!!!

I found this link that gives 2005 rates under the descriptions.

They show $815 (+11% tax which brings it up to roughly $905) as the summer rate for a beach cottage.
