Value Season?

What are the exact dates of value season for the fall/winter timeframe? I'm so confused....

The rest of 2003 season is as follows:

Value and Moderate Resorts:
8/24 - 10/1 and 11/2 - 12/19

Deluxe & Home Away from Home:
7/4 - 10/1 and 11/2 - 12/19


The 2004 Value Season for the Winter months is:

Value & Moderate Restors:
1/1 - 2/12

Deluxe and Home Away from Home:
1/1 - 2/12
