Value resorts

My daughters first trip is the October. They are 6 and 3. We booked ASMovies because I thought the girls would love all the big "movie" icons in front of the rooms. Now I am reading all these good reviews on POP. Should I change resorts?

We love All-Star Movies!

I don't see any reason to change resorts. ASMo is smaller than Pop, making it quieter and less busy. I think your daughters will love it, my kids do!

We moved from the values to the mods a few years ago and now we own at DVC so I can't imagine we will be staying at the values again. The values are exactly that....a value. Disney service is Disney service no matter where you choose to stay. As we've gotten a little older, we like the mods better because they are quieter, not as crowded and we do enjoy the amenities offered at the mods over the values. Bottom line: if you are NOT planning on spending some time at the resort (you're only sleeping and showering) the values are fine. They certainly are not slums by any means. however, if you aren't a big fan of a crowded resort and aren't big on noise, choose a mod. You'll be glad you spent the extra$$$.
