Value resorts handicap rooms

We have friends deciding to join us last minute on an upcoming trip. Since it's last minute planning for them, they need to stay at a value for their budget.

They are looking at sports or music.

However, they need a handicapped room, as their child has a walker and can't lift her leg to get into a tub. She needs a walk in shower.

Do any values have walk in showers? I read all hc rooms in values are king beds. How does that work with 3 people?

There are room options to accommodate more than 2 persons -- it's called "wheelchair accessible with roll-in shower, 1 king bed 1 double bed." You mention this being last minute, that may be the stumbling block as to whether such rooms are available for your dates or not. Depending on the child's age/size, can the family lift her into a regular tub if the roll-in showers are not available?
