Transportation from the values isn't any different than the mod/deluxes except that they might have more then one type of transportation.
Buses tend to run the same at all levels. There is usually a CM during peak times who monitors the bus flow. If there are long lines they will notify dispatch who will then send more buses. The wait time at any resort varies from 15 minutes to 30 minutes between buses (during park openings and closings it can be as short at 5-10 and at 2pm it might be more on the 20-30 minute side). Most resorts have dedicated buses during peak periods with sharing possible during slow middle of the day hours. POP is the resort that shares the least (almost never happens but they are really large so lots of people waiting that can affect wait times) The Allstars share during slow times but are very close to each other and it doesn't significantly add to the travel time.
DTD buses suck at all levels and is just an indignity that must be lived with unless you stay at SSR, POR, or POFQ which have boat service to DTD.
