Value or low season

I know in the points guide the low value season includes January, September and the first 2 weeks in December, but does that mean that they are slow for bookings too?

i see a lot of people talking about being on the wait list so i'm just wondering if the whole year is busy or are those value months slower then the others?

They are some of the most popular times (because of the lower points) for DVC reservations, but historically slow for WDW in general.

DVC and Disney's low times are not the same. Early Dec and Oct are 2 of the busyest times for DVC.
