I think it is much more valuable than either of those. Musketeer is not very popular, and the 4th hats are quite common.

You left our the Seagull hat. I would put Seagull Hat after Minnie or after Green Flip hat, definitely before Sorcerer

Can you still get the Stitch Hat from booking a trip to DL? If you can, why would it be rare? Isn't that kind of like the Gold Ear thing? (Except of course, Stitch Hat is waay cuter!)
