Hi all,

I'm attending a conference on Sept. 8 - 11 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and I'm looking for a place to stay for the weekend. The resort/hotel will be on my dime so I'm looking for a price in the WDW value range, you know $65.00 - $80.00/night. I might just book a room at one of the All-Star resorts. I see there are currently a couple of good deals for Florida residents but does anyone know if the same type of deal is offered during early September?

If anyone has any ideas for good, inexpensive hotels in the Gaylord Palms area, I'd consider those too.

Thanks.

David

change it to Pop Century. You can see it from when you turn into PC.

It is in Kissimmee - so it is not far from several offsite hotels.

It is also close to LBV - so the Nickeolon Hotel won't be far.

further but probably a better price - Buena Vista Suities.

I will try to remember to go by and see what it is close to along US 192.

I think there are several.

the Rodeway Inn Maingate - I don't think is too far.

I am going in March - so if you can wait until I get back....that is if I remember.... :guilty:  :rolleyes1

Riskier, but look at www.biddingfortravel.com I got the Gaylord Palms for $85 bidding at the resort level. There are extra charges for the resort and parking so the price creeps upwards and may be too much. Pop Century is a great place to stay and very easy to get to Gaylord Palms on the Osceola Parkway.
