Value Best for Little Ones?

Trying to decide on a resort for our trip in early 2016 with our two girls, 2.5 and 5.5. We stayed at value resorts (AoA and Pop) the last 2 years and loved the fully immersive atmosphere (especially AoA). Trying to decide if we will try something new, maybe a Moderate like CBR or POR, or go back to AoA. I'm wondering if the theming at the Moderates is as interesting for young kids as the Value resorts we've experienced. Any suggestions?

I think your girls would love the Royal Rooms at POR. The location of those rooms is also good for getting to main hub/pool and to the south depot bus stations (1st stop).
