Question ...is there a number to call to see if your tickets are valid? Trying to convince someone NOT to but tied from.someone online...and the person selling them swears there's a number to call. I thought the only way to find out if it's valid is swiping it through the gate

They can call guest services but there is no guarantee the seller isn't selling multiple copies of the same ticket so there is no way to be 100% unless you buy from a authorized 3rd party or direct.

you can call disney's number on their website and tell them your problem and they'll direct you to the right person a ticket is only valid for a short time period after it is used the first time if the ticket is for multiple days I believe this time frame is two weeks after it's first use unless of course it's a annual pass or no expiring ticket which you would have paid extra for hope this helps

if your asking about the validity of a seller I would check with disney to see f disney has approved the seller as they do travel agencies and such but if they have bought the ticket guest services should be able to tell you if it's valid or not for actual park usage

lot tickets aren't out of the ordinary with disney for things such as dance trips and sports teams for discounted prices but usually disney gives nothin out for free accept to employees

I would have him call disney and see if they even do this type of thing before buying in my opinion

I do know disney can check if a ticket is valid now due to the my disney experience system

I have done so in the past to see if our annual pass was active when it was not working with the fastpass+ app correctly and it was not properly activated and disney quickly checked and helped resolve the issue

hate to be the bearer of bad news but I have never heard of palm some giving out free disney tickets for service work

nothing is free with disney onl discounted on very rare occasions for very large groups 60-80+ with a purpose for being at the parks for a show or something

I personally would not deal with anyone but AAA or disney stores or travel agencies but that's just me

I have got a discounted group ticket before and they are great but the discount is not huge it's minimal and often just gives you an extra free access to water parks and disney quest if anything

Sounds like they are the ones cast members get for doing Disney VoluntEARS, Candlelight Processional and a few other things. They can not be sold! Also Disney usually gives digital vouchers for volunteer work not physical tickets. Tickets may be real but it is possible that they have a clause that they could not be sold and if Disney finds out they could negate the ticket due to breach of contract.

this is the only way and he is definitely correct about not being able to sell them and usually these "tickets" are tied to an individuals name that they can look up in their system if you know their name

I wouldn't risk it. Sounds sketchy.

Ticketing Operations can tell you if a ticket is or is not currently valid. However, they will not tell you what remains or when it expires.
