Valet Parking Question

I was wondering if someone could tell me how much Valet parking at Wilderness Lodge Costs? My family always rents a car when we go to WDW but we usually stay at Coronado Springs and therefore are parked reasonably close to the room.

Is there a charge per day? or is it charge per use of valet? We often go to one park in the morning, return in the afternoon to swim, go to a park in the evening and come back again.

I believe it's $7.00. I don't know if it's a one time charge per day or if they charge you each time you valet park thruout the day.

Either way I definitely plan on valeting since we're staying at WL in July.

It is just $7 per day. You can take your car in & out as often as you want throughout the day. Also, once you've paid for valet parking at one resort, you can valet park at any other deluxe resort at NO CHARGE. Just be sure to ask the valet at WL for a receipt or valet tag to put on your dashboard. That shows you've already paid for valet parking for that day (the tags are usually a different color each day).

It is up to $7? I thought it was $6?

I believe it went up to $7 last year. I would have to dig up my receipt from the Contemporary for our trip last Nov. to confirm it, but I recall $35 for 5 nights of valet parking (on top of all our other charges :o ) .

Thanks Tigger :)

I didn't know you could do that.

Cool :cool1:

Thats great!

I'll figure $10 with tip...maybe $12...for 8 days...so around $80-96...i think its worth it not to have to hike out to self-parking ;) And its nice to splurge :teeth:

You might want to figure that again. You will want to tip each time you get your car, not just once a day.

I have not stayed at the WL, and we always valet park because we like the convenience, but I have seen many people who have no problem self parking at the Poly. I'm sure it is fine at the WL too. You can always still drop off at the front and self park after if you have packages and whatnot. That said, we love to spoil ourselves with valet parking. It's so nice to have your car right out front waiting for you when you are ready to go to another park or resort! Buses?! Wait for buses when I'm on vacation? No thanks! :cool1:
