Valet parking perk?

I'm confused. Is valet parking part of our member perks? Can someone enlighten me? I've read that it is...isn't....is included with DDE card for dining at various resorts...isn't...etc.

Valet parking is complimentary for members at DVC resorts only. Tip is not incldued.

Valet parking is free for DVC members at DVC resorts only (BWV, BCV, VWL). Show your blue DVC member card if requested.

Valet parking is free for DDE card holders when dining at WDW restaurants located at hotels that have valet parking (BW, YC/BC, GF, Poly, CR, WL, AKL ). Show your dining receipt if requested.

As both the other posts have noted, valet parking is included. However, as poohj80 mentions, tipping is not included in the perk. So, keep in mind that if you use the perk of valet parking, a tip is expected. That may make the perk a bit less attractive to some. aw:

This has been mentioned before and it finally happened to me. We were staying at BWV (12/1 thru 12/5) and stopped at Wilderness Lodge to buy pins. Since we were also going over to Fort Wilderness I valeted. A manager came up and told me that valet parking was only free to members at the resort they were currently staying at (although he did say he would give me a pass this time).

Now I stay at OKW a lot and we usually go over to Boardwalk a couple of times and always valet. I have always gotten free parking there (and, yes, I tip coming and going).

Just a heads up.

I'm sorry this happened but this is not correct and is one reason why I always carry a copy of the Portable Perks with me while on property.
