If you valet park for a meal at a signature restaurant (Flying Fish)can your valet charge be waived?

I believe the only time the valet fee is waived is with a Tables in Wonderland card.

1) Only waived or validated parking.
. . . Victoria & Albert's
. . . Shula's
. . . Blue Zoo
. . . Il Mulino's (the last time we were there)
. . . TIW card holders, with eatery receipt
2) You pay for all other valet parking, unless handicapped.

Officially the valet fee is only waved for 3 hours with a TIW so if you valet and eat breakfast and then go to a park they are supposed to charge you for valet anyway. We have never tried staying longer than 3 hours so I don't know how well this is enforced- just for planning purposes be aware of this rule.
