No - nothing for the "Hallmark holidays". You could always book Palo for that night. But it's just another day as far as pretty much everyone is concerned.
Not the same romantic holiday, but we took a cruise on Mother's Day once (Holland America) and I was really disappointed they didn't even acknowledge the day!

Haha I just asked this the other day....we will be on the Dream this Valentine's day. I will take the heart chocolate...and maybe my husbands too...lol
My husband and I have been sailing every February (usually during the week of Valentines Day) for the last 10 years. They don't do much to celebrate this romantic holiday. If you happen to have dinner booked at Palo on Valentines Day, they give a beautiful red rose to each lady. They don't do anything in the MDRs to celebrate but I think it would be nice for them to have a Valentines Day menu or at least have a Valentines Day dessert option to choose. A few times during the before and after dinner photo sessions, some of the photographers have passed out small Valentine Cards to us after taking our photo. I have received the heart shaped chocolates in my Stateroom on the evening of Valentines Day on several cruise, but not all of them. On one cruise many years ago, the staff passed out the cutest Lady and the Tramp Heart Shaped drink straws - I still have mine and it is adorable. On one cruise they had a photo backdrop with heart confetti on it and it was one of my favorite photo opts. Sometimes, they offer special boxes of Valentine chocolates that you can pre-purchase at the "On-Line Gifts and Amenities" area on the Disney Cruise Line Website. I wish they offered more options to pre-purchase special Valentines Day gifts and amenities like they do for Christmas and Halloween cruises. If you want to be sure you do something to celebrate Valentines Day, pack a Valentines Day card and/or special gift and surprise them. Or, you can book a special "Couples Massage" in the spa. If you are on the cruise with children, buying a one day pass to the Rainforest Room for your wife and letting her have a few "Mom-Free" hours of relaxation would be a welcome Valentines Day gift to most women. Buying a bottle of champagne and enjoying it on your balcony (if you have one) would be a romantic way to celebrate Valentines Day. I am sure there are a lot of ways you can celebrate Valentines Day even if Disney doesn't do much to commemorate it. Have a great time.
