valentines day!

Well Sian, I have it on good authority from the postman that there will be so many cards for me, he will have to hire a van to deliver them all;)

Isn't Christopher delivering them in the Tardis ??? :rotfl: :rotfl:

I can't remember the last time Paul bought me a Valentines card, so I won't be holding my breath, mind you I absolutely hate it when on Valentines Day the florists put the prices up along with restaurants (blimey !! romance is well and truly dead in the mandymouse household :rotfl2: :rotfl2: )

This will be my first single valentines day in about 12 years so I'm not expecting much..so much so actually that i am having a valentines party for singles so we don't all have to dwell on it at home, we're gonna have a good time, with or without someone to love:woohoo:

We don't do Valentines at all....we used to when we were first together, but then we both decided not to bother as we do nice things together at other times without feeling we have to make a special effort just cos it's Valentines

personally I think we should have had a valentines day exchange, that way all us singletons would feel really loved

I agree with kathryn. My hubby, when he was my BF, always used to get me a big bouquet of flowers sent to work but now we have joint finances i've put an end to that! :rotfl2:

Who needs to be reminded how you feel about somebody on one day. You should be saying/showing it all year round.

Valentine's day should be the chance for single people who want to get together with another single person to send a card with a very big hint. As usual it the commercialism and "keeping up with the Jones'" thats taken over.

Bah humbug!
