Valentines Day Check-In 15 days to go!

(hanging my head) i avoided this thread last week b/c I had gone up after a bad eating weekend. I contracted with myself this past sunday and am back to 138, which is actually up from my last v-day check-in but down from last week. :confused:

So i'm at 3/9 -- six pounds to goal. I won't make it for valentine's day but I hope to not go back UP again!
 
I am now 5.5/10 for the Valentine's Challenge. Not sure I'll make it at this point, but just very happy to be going down. I've been working out a lot more, so I think that may be slowing my weight loss to some extent. I've had my biggest loss on WW so far this week with a 2 lb loss - Very Excited about that!

I had a very bad Sunday and erased any good I did since last week's WI. After being 100% on Monday and Tuesday, I am back where I was last week. UGH!

Still plugging along though.
 
I've also been avoiding this thread. I didn't know what the heck was going on, I joined WW, started running, gained three pounds the first week, lost three the second week, then gained two the third week. After that I almost gave up I was so aggravated. I stayed within my points, was doing 3 miles 3-4 times a week, and GAINED!!!! The WW counselor said it could be because of the running???, don't understand that. They she said it might be because I'm not eating enough, HUH??? When I gained the first time, I was told to cut my points, then they tell me to eat the max points plus my flex points. I'm so confused. I also always drink my water. Anyway, my clothes felt better, so I wasn't completely discouraged. I thin that's the only thing that kept me from throwing in the towel. So I'm continuing to work out, I feel better, and my pants are definitely not as tight, but I didn't go back to WW. I'm just doing it myself at home. I have all the material, and I can always go to the online site. I weighed myself tonight, and I'm 5/15, so I know I'll never reach my goal by VD, but I blame myself for setting it so high. I really started to believe my body loves the weight it's at. I don't have alot to lose, about 20 lbs total, so maybe I'm just too anxious, and realize it will take a little longer than if I had more to lose.
 

Hi all.. not doing too godd with my goal..... although my goal was not really realisitc, so I am not too upset. This happens to be my plateau time as well.......Today is the 4th and I weighed in at 165....so I am moving onward and downward but unles a miracle happens, Dont think I am getting to 153! LOL... that would be12 pounds in the next 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As I said not realistic!
But happy the scale is moving in the right direction and next challenge will be more realistic!

After a great start the 1st week of this VD challenge, I'm still stuck at 2/6 of my original goal. Unless I am able to make a huge jump off this darn plateau I'm still on, it doesn't look like I will make my VD goal, but stranger things have been known to happen. It is, after all, only 4 lbs I need to lose, & sometimes I do post a big loss all of a sudden after I have been stuck for a while. I'm hanging in here, both with carbs & exercise, so a breakthrough has to be on it's way soon.
I like the idea of the April Fools challenge. Even if I don't make this one, I'll be jumping right in to that one. It really does help to keep me accountable.
