Valentine's Day at Disney and few other ???s

We will be in WDW the week of Valentine's Day. Does Disney offer anything special for Valentine's Day? I really want to do something romantic with DH and possibly pawn off the kids for a few hours. Any suggestions?

Another question, I heard a rumor that Disney is bringing back 180 day ADR. Does anyone know about that and when will it take affect? I talked to a CM yesterday and they could not deny or confirm that rumor nor could they tell me when a good time to make the ADR are. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what Disney does for Valentines. However, you could send the kids off on a pirate cruise ( they have to be 4+) and get a couples massage at the Grand Floridian. Or, you and DH could check the kids into a kids club (again, they must be 4+...or consider a babysitting service if they are not) and treat yourself to a romantic dinner for two (that doesn't mean others won't bring their kids to the restaurant tho!!!).

I believe 180 day ADRs are back as of 10/27/2009.

We were there on Valentine's Day last year. Other than a kiosk in the hotel lobby where you could order very expensive gift baskets, flowers, etc I don't recall much special. There was a limited edition pin. But that is about all I recall.

You could try one of the kids clubs in the evening for a few hours alone. Make an ADR at a nice restaurant and drop off the kids. Very expensive though.

I have been to Disney on Valentines Day and there is nothing special going on. That day is what you make it, just like ever other day. We got our kids valentine Minnies.

we went on valentines day this year. nothing special was going on save for tom cruise and family being at MK. whoo >_>
