Has anyone ever booked their cruise through VacationsToGo? What is this company like?

I loooooove VTG. I work with Liz ext 7189 and she's awesome. If their price or OBC isn't the lowest they have no problem matching what's out there. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

VTG does seem to have good prices (which always makes me a little weary of how reputable a company may be!)

We booked our upcoming 7-day western Caribbean cruise through them. We used Dude Flores. Thus far the company has been really good about sending our tickets, itinerary, etc. in a timely manner. I noticed we finally have our stateroom assigned.

We used VTG for our Cunard cruise next year. They are great to deal with and so far have been making a good impression. I'm almost tempted to switch TAs for our DCL cruise in two years, but I'm not sure of the ethics of doing that.

Their prices are exactly the same as what you can get thru DCL. The posted price on the web site is "bare bones." Doesn't include taxes and government fees, insurance, transfers, etc.

That said, I found them easy to use and friendly. Just no better or worse than dealing with DCL directly.

They do have a lot of last minute cruises (90 days out or less) that are jaw-droppingly inexpensive. Makes me want to cruise several times a year. . .

I booked a Princess cruise through them last year at about the 90 day mark... got a great price, and a little OBC as well. They also gave me a free picture from their version of Shutters. I had pretty good service, inexpensive trip insurance, and a great price. I don't think you'll find them any cheaper than through DCL, but their OBC might be pretty good, depending. I found it to be better through DU, and have used them for our DCL cruise. I'd use them again for last minute cruises or for another cruise line.

My parents have booked at least 8 cruises with them....they use Victor Hahn....very knowlegable and efficient. We used them for one of our cruises out NYC and he was great. We had close to 30 friends/family members onboard and he handled it all.
