Did anyone use these? I don't see any occupancy maximums listed, I emailed waiting for a response from them but thought maybe one of you already knew. It looks very nice and I know I heard some good things about windsor hills on the boards. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The usual maximum is 2 people per bedroom and 2 more if they have a sofa bed in the living room.
One of the longtime DISers on here knows the guy who runs the company and says he's completely legit.
Windsor Hills is very nice, we've stayed there 3 times.

Thank you for the info, he did email me back that same info but nice to here it is nice, we are traveling with 3 different families and were looking to do a 7 bedroom pool Villa but for less we can have each family have there own condo.

We originally were going to do Fort Wilderness but we lacked 2 days on our reservation and the other 2 families have never taken a Family vacation before and are very inexperienced travelers so they want to keep it simple. This will be our first time in a condo off site so I am making sure everything checks out. Especially since I have to answer to 2 other families on top of my own!!
