I've stayed here many times, literally 5 min to Disney. They do have a shuttle that will take you to Epcot. You will get a paper at check in that lets you know the times of pickup/drop off. I have used the shuttle several times and it is reliable, just make note of the times. There is also a shuttle to Publix several times a day and Universal Studios. US has only 1 each pick up/drop off times, though. If you don't want to use the shuttle or have a car, uber is very easy and inexpensive since it is so close to everything. There are several restaurants nearby and are easy to walk to.
