I'm not sure where to post this, hopefully this is the correct place. Does anyone here own Vacation Rental Homes near Disney World? My husband and I are seriously looking into purchasing and renting it out. There is an owner forum at villaforums.co.uk

You might be best asking there, there are lots of pros and cons and it really depends on why you are buying (for yourself, or as an investment?), and the size of the property you are looking at.
