Thanks to welcomehome pointing out the changes to the 2010 point requirements. As I said, the TOTAL points for each type of villa for each year must remain constant.

For example, at OKW the points required for a week in a studio decreased 3 points for 3 seasons, and increased by 4 points for 2 seasons. The largest increase was for the few days of the Premier Season at a plus 7 points. I've no inclination to take the time to multiple the days per season by the new numbers, but I expect that the totals will be on the number.

This was fully explained by my rep. Also have heard that the CM at the kiosks are not allowed to answer questions. I often hang around a kiosk and volunteer info. The CM is usually very appreciate.

That is not entirely accurate. What must remain the same is each "unit" which for OKW is an entire building. In most cases a unit is a collection of rooms, the only exceptions I'm aware of are some of the 3 BR like at AKV and VB. Also, when a lockoff is involved, the rules in question only pertain to the entire unit and would not automatically filter down to the individual lockoff components. There is no limitation for a given unit size to be the same for the year except as the above applies. From what I can tell reading the POS, the only limit that would control the individual components of a lockoff would be the 20% change per year rule.
