Gatlinburg reminded me of Niagara Falls. They have some great outlets though too. We picked up some cast iron cookware and looked around the largest knife store in america. They had it written down but i forgot how big they said. Visted Bush Beans museum too lol. They had a lumberjack show, Dollywood and numerous places to stay. My husband had never fired a gun so they had a store that sold firearms and had a shooting range. So now he has done that and checked it off the list. There are trails to drive around too that you can get maps for at the "tourist info" places. As a bonus Bush Beans has asmall cafe too and you get a sample of beans "of the day" lol
