I am thinking of ordering some special treats through Vacation Planning looking for some ideas and things that you might have ordered and cost frame I welcome all suggestions and ideas thanks in advance!

I made some very simple requests that I think will make my twin DS4 day! I requested an autograph picture for everyone in the cast... they will be waiting at the front desk when we check in.... VP also said there are comp ballons at the front desk. Since this is our first trip they are also getting First Trip Pins... also comp. I am ordering Milk and Cookies for the first night... it is 2 large cookies... VP said they are each around the size of the palm of an adult hand and in the shape of MM.... the order will arrive with a card that says "Adam & Alex, Welcome to Disneyland! Love your Disney Pals"

The baskets ranged from approx 33 to about 200.... you can also customize a basket for a fee of $25. When I called VP they sent the list to me within 5 min!

boy thank you so much that will be handy!! I am curious do you know though I see a lot of times people saying that they and I think you did also order cookies and milk, or crispy treats and smaller things like that do they tell you how much a few things like that costs? Do you know is there a certain $$ amt you have to spend. Thanks again.

I ordered cookies and milk to be delivered the first night.... for 2 big MM cookies... the PM said about the size of the palm of a hand... and a carafe of milk 18.50 plu taxes etc... let's say 25ish. The milk is enough for two servings... and you can include a card... which we did. Don't forget about the free autograph photographs!!!

So all I have to do is ask for signed character pictures and they'll be ready for us at check in? Is there a limit to how many (I have 3 kids), or only certain characters?

Last time we went I ordered gift baskets for the kids, and they came in mickey shaped white baskets. They had a lot of neat stuff in them, and the kids loved them. But this time, we don't need a beanie baby sized mickey, ears or a autograph book - is it possible to customize the baskets with snacks and a larger plush? Can you ask them to put anything in the basket that they'd sell in the hotel gift shop?

I want to order the cookies & milk for our first night. What other treats can you order like that?

What else can Vacation planning help you with? I already know how to schedule our PS for meals, so that's dealt with.

Also, do you think it would be possible to give the hotel CM a plain pillow case at the beginning of our trip and have characters autograph it for when we check out? I know people on the Disney cruise have done this, but wondered if you could at DLH also?

We have 2 kids and have gotten 2 autograph photos on each trip. So, no I don't think there's a limit so long as its for registeres guests. Ask VP for what characters are available, we've gotten the princesses, mickey & minnie, the fab 5, Woody & Jessie.

Yes, you can have them personalized to include whatever you want although you'll have to pay $$$ for it. The final cost will the the cost of the items plus a $25-$30 surcharge for the customization.

We've done chocolate covered mickey rice crispy treat, chocolate covered strawberries and cookies & milk, Ask VP for other treats.

I'm not too sure although that sounds like a great idea. Let us know if they'll be able to help you with that.
