Vacation Packages and Dining Reservation are separate, correct?

Hi all. Want to double check something before I potentially do something stupid. We booked a vacation package with Disneyland months ago and recently made our dining plans 60 days out. I'd like to cancel the vacation package and book hotel and tickets separately but want to make sure that my dining reservations won't disappear or anything when I do that. My impression from WDW trips is that they are not linked or dependent on each other. Same at Disneyland?

They are not connected, cancelling a package will have no impact on dining reservations.
