Hello,

Our family of four is planning to visit Universal at the end of January. We are going during a teacher work day/long weekend, and will only have 2 days in the parks.

We have been looking at the 2-park getaway package and would appreciate any input/suggestions on these questions:

1. Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Partner Hotel? Opinions?

2. Is it worth it to upgrade to the park-to-park ticket option?

3. If we don't buy the vacation protection insurance, and there's a massive blizzard and we don't make it, do we lose everything or can we use the park tickets at a later date?

Any other advice would be welcome. Kids are ages 12 and 15 and have been wanting to see the WWOHP. Haven't told them we are going yet. It is going to be their final Hanukkah present!

Thanks!!!

Holiday Inn Express is quite nice. We stayed there about 2 years ago. I would definitely do the park to park with only 2 days. Tickets can be used at any time. Make sure you take advantage of the early entry you will get with booking your package through Universal.
