A friend of mine need info about customized preferred vacation itinerary how does
that work for 2 people what question do they ask you or do they call you over the phone
to discuess what you want to do when you arrive to disney what is the 411
i think my friend is on a pacakge that he get customized vacation itinerary

Honestly, I have never heard of this. It is really easy when going on these boards to get enough advice to plan his own itenery... good luck!

Emmett: It sounds like your friend is talking about Disney's Grand Plan vacation package. Once they have selected the resort they will stay at, an itinerary planner (one of the resort's concierge staff) will contact them by telephone or email.

The first step is the individual completes a form providing the planner with information about their vacation plans. This includes when they will arrive and leave as well as what they want to do (what shows do they want to see and when, where do they want to eat and when, etc.) The planner then develops an initial itinerary, emails or faxes it and then you work with the planner to revise it as needed.

They usually start planning 30 - 45 days in advance, but you could contact them earlier if you want.

Sounds like a concierge room to me.

They call it "customized vacation planning". They can offer suggestions for parks and dining and recreation.
