Vacation homes near US/IOA?

I feel so dirty...we're longtime WDW-ers, now planning a split stay between WDW/US next summer (more US than WDW-- whooooo!).

We've been renting pool homes in Windsor Palms, and still want to rent a home, but we don't want to stay that far from US/IOA. Are there any nice resort neighborhoods within a 5-10 min drive?
