Vacation home near Universal & Sea World

Unfortunately the vacation homes are closer to DisneyWorld than to the USO area, due to some regulations that I'm sure the owners and managers on this board know way more about than I do. Since I do much more Universal than Disney, this has always been the bane of my existence ... 
There are condos that are closer to SeaWorld like the Vistana Villages. They sleep up to 8 I believe.
On the other hand, the drive from a vacation home to Universal is not that bad. It's about 20 mins on I-4 and worth the drive for the savings and the space.
