Vacation Express from AVP

Does anyone know anything about an airline called Vacation Express flying from Wilkes-Barre Scranton?

The only thing I know about them is from the press release I read in the paper and on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton airport home page.

We are going in early May to Disney World and planned to use Southeast airlines out of Allentown, but decided to book with this company instead since we live 15 minutes from the airport. I plan to book the flight this coming weekend. You can not book online as of this morning.

I too am going in May. I called Vacation Express yesterday. They have flights on Thurs-Fri-Sun and (I think) Mon. Flights depart AVP at 6:45am and then depart MCO at 7:45pm. I was quoted round trip for four at $632.00. I'm going to book the flights soon.

Do you mean MCO, or is it Sanford airport in Florida? The article I read in the Time Leader said the flight leaves at 8AM and depart Orlando at 5:45PM. I plan to book this weekend.

I thought they said MCO to me on the phone (but I could be wrong). I'm calling tomorrow to book (regardless of the airport or flight times). I've been away all weekend - I'll post after I book the flights.

I was wrong. Vacation Express flies into Sanford. I booked flights and the times I was given were departing Friday from AVP at 6:45am and departing SFB on Friday at 7:45pm.

I booked also. We are travling April 29th, returning May 9th. 3 tickets, 2 are at 158 round trip and 1 and $168 round trip.

I booked on May 14th at 158.00 for four passengers.

Congrats on the price you got! It sure beats the 220 round trip on the major airlines.
