I was born and raised about a mile from DL. I moved to Northern CA about 13 years ago, and have been to DL 2x since then.
DH, DD (3), and myself booked a trip through Costco for 2 nights at the Fairfield Inn, 3 day park hoppers and the 3 day dining plan. Our Costco pkg also includes a Premium character meal that we will be using at Ariel's Grotto.
So far, our days look like this:

My brother lives in Seal Beach, so we are staying with him on 4/22.
~ 4/23 - Arrive at park opening (9am)

9:30 appt for DD @ BBB
11:40 ADR Using Premium dining voucher for lunch @ Ariel's Grotto
Use voucher for dinner

~ 4/24 - Magic morning ticket
Voucher for b-fast and lunch
5:20 - ADR WOC dinner at Ariel's Grotto (pay out of pocket)

~ 4/25 - ADR for Minnie b-fast @ 8:40
Toontown Morning Madness begins at 9am (we have a ticket for that)
Vouchers used for lunch and dinner

Here are my dilema's...

If I decide to do Goofy's Kitchen for dinner on Monday or Wednesday night should I make an ADR, or would I be okay to walk in? What about the Micky's Surf's Up Breakfast at PP?

I think DD would like the character b-fast at PP that has Stich. I am considering doing this on the morning of 4/24, but would like to take advantage of the MM ticket. However, crowd levels are about a 4 the days we are there which makes me wonder if the MM would even matter.

If we go to the character b-fast at PP, would you drive from FFI to PP, or just walk it? I am almost considering driving there, eating with validated parking, and drive back to FFI and walk to D-Land. I am not familiar with how long the walk will be and I know it is the farthest of the resorts.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

First I would try to make the Minnie and Friend Reservation for 8:10am.

Goofy's is another premium Character Meal location so you may want to, but don't have to rethink that.

To get to the PPH walk down the Esplanade and into the GCH. Walk strait in past the registration and out the front taking the sidewalk to the left. At the corner cross the street and walk down to the PPh entrance. It's a shorter walk than to the DLH. If you do the Mickey's Surfsup breakfast that may be a lot of character meals and only to see Stitch.

The other thing you may not know is you don't have to use the tickets for character meals. If you have them in hand they are good to apply toward Disney dining locations with the cash value printed on them. You don't get change, so use them wisely to get your value from them. But as an example two premium vouchers can be used for $80 of food at Blue Bayou.
